Our hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn located near North Lake Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina. Please feel free to call and reserve your room under the Boyd/McCormick family reunion. The rates are $114.00 plus tax per night for a standard room with two queen beds or one king bed. The hotel room rates include breakfast for up to two people per room. The cost for all others after the first two will be $10.95. The hotel also offers free parking; 24-hour indoor/outdoor swimming pool; a workout facility and a free shuttle service within five miles.
The hotel will offer a limited number of rooms on Thursday and Sunday night at the reunion rate. Reservations must be booked by June 27, 2017 in order to obtain the special reunion rate. After this date reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only and the group rates are not guaranteed. The contact information is listed below:

The reunion registration fee is $75.00 per adult (18 and older). We encourage you to please send the funds as soon as possible to help with preparation expenses (catering, dining hall, etc.). June 27, 2017 is the deadline for registration fees as all reunion expenses must be paid by this date (This is the same deadline as the reservation for the rooms). Please note that all funds will be used on the reunion as the funds are received and we will not be able to make refunds. In order to reach as many family members as possible, we are asking that you copy this information and share with other family members or contact us with addresses and phone numbers and we will send them the information.
